What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If any item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the breakage. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Are your glass products heat resistant and dishwasher safe?
Most of our Consol glass ranges are dishwasher safe. However, specific jars and decorative items may vary. Please check the 'Care Instructions' on the product page for heat resistance details.
Can I collect my order directly from the Cornubia branch?
Yes, we offer a 'Click & Collect' service. Simply select the local pickup option at checkout and wait for your notification email stating that your order is ready for collection.
